What is Nutritional Therapy?
Nutritional Therapy uses the foundations of nutrition to create a bio-individual plan designed just for you. It encourages:

1. Nutrient-dense, real food
2. Healthy lifestyle choices
3. Culinary knowledge
4. Understanding how social and personal components influence your life

I utilize functional labs tests including bloodwork and use muscle testing to be more specific with nutritional and supplement recommendations. A "supplement" is just what is sounds like. It is supplemental, or in addition to, the foundational nutritional considers. That is how we will start.

What is the process?
1 Discovery Call
This is a 15 minute call to find out if we are a good match to work together.
4 Initial Interview - online
We will schedule a mutually agreeable time to meet in video conference online to review your intake forms and allow me to ask additional questions.
2 Set up online profile
I will send you a link to create a profile through Practice Better, where you will be able to see posted recommendations and other pertinent documents. There is also a chat feature where you can send me messages.
5 Initial Recommendations
I will give you my initial recommendations based off a thorough review and further research into your case and provide you with some things to get started on. Additional tests will be recommended as indicated.
3 Intake forms
Intake forms will allow me to assess your specific concerns to best create goals for nutritional therapy. This will include an initial interview document, the Cell Blueprint symptom specific assessment and a food and mood journal for three days. Completion of these provides a clear snapshot of your current nutritional status and needs.
6 Follow up session
We will schedule a follow up session to review additional testing ordered and perform muscle testing as requested.
