What is the process?
1 Discovery Call
A 15 minute call to find out if we are a good match to work together.
4 Session #1 Initial Interview - online (75 minutes)
Scheduled video conference on Zoom to review your intake forms, any labs ordered and questions and answers.
2 Set up online profile
Receive a link to create a profile through Practice Better. Share documents. Complete the intake forms. View recommendations and other documents. Access chat messaging feature.
5 Session #2 Recommendation Visit - online or in-office (60 minutes)
Initial recommendations are provided after a thorough review and further research into your case. This will include a supplement protocol. Additional tests will be recommended as indicated.
3 Complete intake forms
To assess your specific concerns to create goals for nutritional therapy.
1) Initial interview document
2) Cell Blueprint symptom specific assessment
3) Food and mood journal for three days
6 Follow up sessions
Depending on the package you purchase, follow up sessions will allow for checking the bodies response to the protocol to make adjustments as needed.
