Meet Amanda ⭐
I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and certified Pilates Instructor with a passion for helping people move well, feel stronger, and live healthier lives.
Over more than eleven years as a physical therapist, I have had the privilege of helping people recover from injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain. Along the way, I began to notice a common pattern: while rehabilitation addressed symptoms, many people were still struggling with the underlying lifestyle factors that influenced their long-term health.
That realization led me to pursue additional training as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. It deepened my understanding of how movement, nutrition, sleep, stress, and other foundational habits work together to support the body's ability to heal and thrive.
My goal is to provide individualized care that helps people improve not only how they move, but also how they feel each day. Whether we are working together through Therapeutic Pilates or Nutrition Coaching, I strive to equip you with practical tools that support lasting health and help you reach your personal goals.
I believe that true wellness is about more than simply managing symptoms—it's about helping people thrive and enjoy the activities that matter most to them.

“And do not seek what you are to eat and what you are to drink, nor be worried. For all the nations of the world seek after these things, and your Father knows that you need them. Instead, seek his kingdom, and these things will be added to you.”
Luke 12:29-31
“Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. 2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.
Romans 12:1-2
