A "supplement" is just what is sounds like. It is supplemental, or in addition to, the foundational nutritional considerations. That is how we will start.
If you are dealing with chronic health issues, a strong foundation is the key to feeling better.
Foundations of Nutrition
The foundations of nutrition are the building blocks of health.
These include first and foremost a whole foods, nutrient dense diet.
We will also look at proper digestion, blood sugar regulation, fatty acids (healthy fats) in your diet, minerals and proper hydration each day.

1 Discovery Call
A 15 minute call to find out if we are a good match to work together.
4 Initial Interview Consultation
Scheduled video conference on Zoom to review your intake forms, any labs ordered and questions and answers.
2 Set up online profile
Receive a link to create a profile through Practice Better. Share documents. Complete the intake forms. View recommendations and other documents. Access chat messaging feature.
5 Coaching sessions
Post consultation, additional sessions will carry out the nutritional plan I recommend for you based on your health status. Healing happens over time. I will recommend meeting at the earliest at three weeks post the initial interview.
3 Complete intake forms
To assess your specific concerns to create goals for nutritional therapy.

6 Supplementation
If recommended post reviewing your labs and intake forms, I will design an appropriate supplementation protocol. You can access this on Practice Better. This will be updated as indicated for your health needs.
