This course will walk you through how to improve your breathing for stress relief and improved wellness. You will have tracks as guided breathing exercises. The beginning tracks will be basic moving to more advanced. Practice will be required to master the various techniques. Bonus tracks at the end are instrumental only for you to perform the various techniques on your own to master them at your own pace.
